Who we are

Fullstride Growth Agency Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17524979. Registered office: 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. Questions about this policy: danylo@fullstridegrowthagency.com.

Two roles

We handle personal data in two different ways, and the rules differ for each.

1. Our own enquiries and clients (we are the controller)

When you contact us, book a call or become a client, we hold your name, email address, phone number, business name and what you tell us about your business. We use it to reply, to run the call, to prepare proposals and to deliver the work you've asked for. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, once you're a client, performance of our contract with you.

2. Our clients' customers (we are the processor)

We build booking, quoting and review systems for our clients. When their customers use those systems, we hold the details those customers enter: name, phone number, email address, address and their answers to booking or quote questions. We use that data only to run the client's booking, send the client's confirmations and reminders, and report to the client. The client is the controller for that data and decides how long it is kept. If you are a customer of one of our clients, contact that business first; we will help them answer you.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and proposal records: up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted. Client contract and accounting records: six years, as UK tax law requires. Client customer data: for as long as the client's agreement with us runs, then deleted or returned to the client.

Who helps us process it

We use a small number of suppliers who process data on our instructions:

  • Vercel: website hosting
  • Supabase (London region): databases for the systems we build
  • Twilio: SMS confirmations and reminders
  • Google Workspace and Resend: email
  • Calendly: booking the free call

Some of these suppliers are based outside the UK. Where they are, transfers rely on UK adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies. If we add analytics or advertising tools later, we will ask for your consent first.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email danylo@fullstridegrowthagency.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

We update this page when our practices change. The date at the top tells you when.
