Using this website

The content on this site is general information about our services. It is not a quote or an offer. Prices, timings and scope are agreed in writing with each client. We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we make no promise that it is error-free or always online.

Our work with clients

Each project runs under a written agreement that sets out the scope, the price, the timings and what each side owns. That agreement takes priority over anything on this website.

Messaging

We build online booking systems for our clients. When a customer books an appointment through a client's website, our system sends that customer messages by SMS and email on the client's behalf and in the client's name.

  • Transactional only. Messages confirm, remind about, change or cancel a booking the customer made themselves. We never send marketing texts through these systems without separate, explicit consent.
  • How often. One confirmation when the booking is made, one reminder before the appointment, plus any notice of a change or cancellation.
  • Sender. Messages show the client business's name. Named senders cannot receive replies.
  • Questions or stopping messages. Contact the business on the phone number in the message, or email us at danylo@fullstridegrowthagency.com and we will act on it with the client.
  • Charges. Receiving messages is free. Your own replies or calls to the business may be charged by your network at its standard rate.
